The closest airport international airport is Edinburgh airport. From there, there are various shuttle service or public transport options to St Andrews. For public transports, Google Map information is generally reliable.

If travelling by train, the closest train station is Leuchars. You can get to St Andrews in 15 minutes via the frequent 99 bus service.

Accommodation

One option is the St Andrews Premier Inn Hotel. This hotel is located in the southern part of St Andrews and a 25 minute walk from the School of Computer Science.

There are also a range of B&Bs options, and some students halls are open to visitors in the summer months.
